Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
If you don’t love your piece of jewellery return it unused and in the original packaging within seven days of purchase and we will exchange it for you.
DM Jewellery don’t give refund for change of mind. Customers have to choose carefully under New Zealand law that DM Jewellery only have to refund if the product is faulty. DM Jewellery have the option to repair or replace this first before considering a refund.
DM Jewellery aren’t obliged to exchange the product or offer a return if the customer doesn’t like it. If the item exchange is less than the original purchase price the customer is issued with a voucher or store credit which can which can be used within 12 months
Return of goods is the responsibility and cost of the customer. This offer excludes special orders, repairs and manufacturing, end of line, clearance or discounted products and is at DM Jewellery’s discretion.
